I don’t remember my log in information for candlechartsacademy.com, what should I do?

Contact us at info@candlecharts.com and provide us with your full name and email address you used to purchase the product. We will then provide you with your username. If you don’t remember your password, on the member log in page, click on the text link “Lost Your Password?” This will allow you to enter your username or email address. Then, the system will send you an email with a link where you can reset your password. If you don’t receive this email after a few minutes, please check your spam folder.

When will I receive access to the products that I purchased at candlechartsacademy.com?

When you complete your order and your login access, you will be able to access your products immediately. If you are an existing candlechartsacademy customer, and do not see your new product purchase, please email us at info@candlecharts.com

How long does an order take to ship?

Our orders normally ship within 24 hourse of placing an order, except on weekends. To check the status of a shipping order, please email at shipping@candlecharts.com.

I haven’t received my order, who should I contact?

If you have not received your order, please contact shipping@candlecharts.com. For overseas shipping, orders can take up to 10 business days. The time is dependent when items clear customs.
