A.Upon ordering, our team will ensure that your access to our Candlecharts Academy (for your Express Class Bundle and Nison Candle Scanner access) and MyCandlecharts.com membership site is set up correctly. You will also receive an email from our team to let you know that all is set up and ready for use!
Q.Will I be able to access my bundle on my ipad, laptop, or phone?
A.While you will have full access to the Express Class Bundle training program (inside the Candlecharts Academy site) and MyCandlecharts.com on any internet enabled device, you will need to install NCS onto a laptop or desktop computer.
Q.When will I be able to schedule my one-on-one orientation with Paul?
A.Paul will reach out to you shortly after you place your order for the Collection to schedule your session. Together, you and Paul will choose a day and time that is convenient for your schedule.
Q.Can I set it up where my same username and password works for both my CandlechartsAcademy.com and MyCandlecharts.com access?
A.Certainly! Our team can set that up for you when processing your bundle. Just reach out to us and we’ll set it up for you that way.
