I loved the strict criteria
given for certain candles. This has helped me to
more clearly define my "A" trades. I really
liked the way Steve explains how to properly use
the candles and when not to use them. I loved
learning about the sector analysis and the bonus
CD is a great tool. No other educator
teaches like Steve does.
I got into an ETF (SSO) based on
a bullish engulfing pattern in the S&P, which
was confirmed with higher volume than the
preceding days and a western technical. There
was a resistance level about 90 points higher. I
got out as soon as the S&P hit this level during
the day. How did I do it? With Steve's intraday
tactics. I was watching it and several bearish
candle formations were made at this resistance
level. So I bailed. By the end of the trading
day the price had come down back to the prior
days close. (This was about 150 points in the
dow.) Profit was $2400.00 in my fund. (This was

better than 50%! Which is unheard of for
a 401K. One last thing, I did this while I was
working at my job using the free charts from the

have eliminated the "uncertainty" I would get

authorities', price action from 3/3-3/5 would have

As far as what I liked best would be
the Candle Progression charts. Its almost like an
order of merit list for candle strength. Second,
would be the detailed explanation on the use of the
ADX. The use of the ADX is now crystal clear to me
and have it on my standard charts along with its
cousins DMI+ and -.
This past Wednesday (Fed Day) I was
watching the Euro/Dollar chart. When the Fed made
its announcement at 2:15, the Euro took off. I
bought at 1.3168 from a variety of factors. There
was a bullish engulfing pattern forming, a break out
above of a horizontal resistance line, a 3 and 12
day moving average golden cross, and an expansion of
Bollinger Bands. All of which is a combination of
east and west. I sold out a 1.3495 on a dead cross
for 327 Pips in about four hours. I had a similiar
success with the pound and yen though not with as
many pips.
Before Steve's training (two live
seminars and three DVD sets) I didn't have a clue. I
know where I wanted to go but I didn't know how to
get there. Steve not only showed me a path but lit
it up with flashing neon signs and gave me a
preprogramed GPS device (Trade Navigator Template)
just to be sure. When I retire from my current
profession in about a year (active duty military) I
will be able to trade for a living and live very
comfortably.
